TopographyCorneal topography is a non-invasive, medical imaging technique for mapping the surface curvature of the cornea (the outer structure of the eye).

It allows us to create a 3D map of the front of your eye and forms part of our contact lens fitting process which aids in determining which type of lenses are best suited to you. The 3D maps are stored on our database and can be reverted back to for future reference and to monitor changes over time.

corneal-topographyWe also may use corneal topography for complex prescriptions and for helping in the diagnosis of Kerataconus, Pellucid Margin Degeneration or other corneal abnormalities.
